One integration layer for every system in your hotel.

JazzFusion

Your systems already hold everything they need to serve the guest well. They just have no reliable way of telling each other. JazzFusion is the middleware layer that sits between them — certified to the PMS, certified to the PBX, and carrying room status, class of service, name display, voicemail, wake-up calls and guest preferences between them without a single manual entry.

Cloud, premise or hybrid. With a PMS, or without one.

Key benefits

Integration is the product, not a feature of it.

JazzFusion was not extended into middleware from something else. Orchestrating hospitality systems is the whole job, and it is the reason the platform exists.

Certified interface library

Built and proven against the major PBX brands, the major PMS brands, and the brand standards of the hotel groups that specify them. Nothing bespoke, nothing written for the first time on your property.

PMS-driven provisioning

Guest type, group code, VIP status, loyalty tier, event code and language preference come across from the PMS — and JazzFusion acts on them. The room phone knows the guest's name; voicemail greets them in their language.

One connection to maintain

Rather than separate links for check-in/out, telemanagement and voicemail, JazzFusion presents a single certified interface to the PMS and fans out from there. Fewer contracts, fewer support boundaries.

Estates, not just properties

Two hundred properties or two. Mixed vendors, mixed generations, mid-migration — the layer is the same, and so is the way you administer it.

Use cases

Where the integration layer earns its place.

Most of the value shows up on the days when something is changing, or something has gone wrong.

Migrating to cloud PBX

Move a portfolio one site at a time instead of all at once. Properties on cloud and properties still on premise run against the same integration layer and the same brand standard, for as long as the transition takes.

Replacing or upgrading a PMS

The PMS changes; the interfaces to voicemail, HSIA, minibar and the PBX don't. JazzFusion absorbs the change on one side rather than propagating it across every downstream system.

The PMS is down

Front desk keeps working. Room status changes, wake-up calls and language configuration continue through the Jazzware Portal, and the queue reconciles when the PMS returns.

Adding a system that didn't exist last year

New HSIA vendor, new minibar platform, new in-room device programme. It connects to the layer you already have rather than triggering a fresh round of point-to-point interface procurement.

How it works

Deployed at the property, run from the cloud.

01

Install the Edge

The Jazzware Edge ESB is a fanless, hardened, solid-state Linux appliance that goes in at each property. It routes critical messages locally first, then encrypts and transmits them onward.

02

Connect the estate

Certified interfaces are configured against your PMS, PBX, voicemail, HSIA and ancillary systems. Device configuration and transactional databases replicate to the cloud automatically, so a hardware failure is a swap rather than an outage.

03

Provision and extend

Services go live and provision themselves from PMS data. Staff manage the estate through the browser-based Jazzware Portal. New integrations are added to the same layer as they're needed.

Architecture

Local first. Cloud always.

Critical messages route locally

Guest-facing features carry on when the connection to the cloud doesn't.

Nothing is dropped

Messages buffer at the Edge and replay in order when the link returns.

Two data centres

Geographically dispersed primary and secondary, with failover in the event of a catastrophic outage, and no single point of failure in cloud software or hardware.

Watched continuously

Proactive system and interface monitoring by the Jazzware NOC, interface alarming, and 24×7 emergency support. New capability arrives through routine upgrades rather than projects.

Results

What changes once the layer is in.

  • Interface count to the PMS falls — and with it the licensing, testing and support overhead that came with each one
  • Front desk stops re-keying into a PBX terminal; provisioning happens off the guest record
  • Property IT stops maintaining servers, operating systems and interface middleware of its own
  • Migrations stop being all-or-nothing events, because mixed estates are a supported state rather than a temporary compromise
  • New systems connect in weeks rather than becoming next year's capital request
Integrations

Certified across the hospitality stack.

JazzFusion is vendor agnostic by design and works with or without a property management system.

Premise platforms including Mitel and NEC; cloud platforms including BroadWorks. Operator consoles included.

Guest services

Voice messaging, HSIA & in-room

Voicemail provisioning and language configuration, HSIA authentication and bill plan options, minibar, F&B and mobility.
